Due to the nature of fine art prints and original artworks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each piece is handled with care, produced and prepared specifically for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@patriciaochudlo.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the packaging (including any visible damage)

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
